Look for the “EBT-eligible” badge when you search on Ampflexi or visit the item page. You will also be able to check your cart for SNAP eligibility once your SNAP EBT card has been added to your account wallet.

You can check your balance in your account wallet or at checkout. To check your balance in your wallet, go to your account & view the card on file. To check your balance at checkout, edit the payment amounts & cards at Review Payment. You must securely enter your PIN before viewing balance.
Yes, you can buy non-SNAP-eligible items in the same order as SNAP-eligible items. At checkout, you will be able to pay with your EBT card & another form of payment. Please note, only one EBT card can be added & used per order.
No, there is no minimum order amount to use your SNAP benefits for pickup, delivery or shipping.
Only items shipped & sold by Ampflexi.com are eligible to be paid with SNAP & EBT Cash benefits. SNAP benefits cannot be used to buy items sold by Marketplace sellers.
If your SNAP EBT card is already added to your account wallet & you have eligible items in your basket, you will see the card listed as a payment method on the Review Order screen. Otherwise, select “Edit payment” at Review Order & “Add a new payment method” to add your EBT card. There is a maximum of one EBT card allowed per account.
Yes, you can make changes to a pickup or delivery order when it is still in the processing stage. Changes include adding or removing items or item quantities, editing substitution preferences or rescheduling your timeslot or store location.
No, delivery fees & other associated charges may not be paid for with SNAP benefits. Only eligible food may be purchased with SNAP benefits. You may pay for fees using your EBT cash benefits or another payment type.
If you don’t want to use all your available SNAP funds, you can edit the amount you want to apply to the order by editing your payment method. If you don’t have enough available SNAP funds to cover your eligible items, you may add another payment type to complete the order. You have the option to split your payment between an EBT card & another form of payment.

FAQ on Substitutions & Refunds
For SNAP orders with a receipt, an item can be refunded to SNAP EBT account or exchanged for another unit of the same item. Return of funds by cash, credit, or gift card is not allowed. See additional details on our return policy here:
